How Students Are Selected
Schools nominate
Nominations come from school coordinators — with the round, the quoted fee, and the school’s own attestation of need. Never from an open public form.
A published rubric scores
Every nomination is scored against the criteria below — school context, access need, and competition pathway. No black boxes.
The panel confirms
A review panel confirms the awards from the ranked shortlist. Every school receives a decision, both ways.
Sponsors see the result
Each sponsor receives a report on the students their funding carried — who, where, and how far they went.

Weights favour access over merit by design: attested school need carries most, prior performance least — a scholarship that only rewarded past winners would defeat its purpose. 2026/27 nominations: 1 September – 30 November 2026; decisions by 12 December 2026.
The Quadathlon Cup Scholarship is awarded on school nomination and published criteria. Schools attest to financial circumstances; families are never asked to submit financial documents.
