Founder, The Quadathlon Cup

Samuel Mott is a talent development specialist focused on gifted education, academic enrichment and international academic competition design. He is also the Founder and CEO of Lighthouse Academy, supporting schools and parents around the world with talent development and Gifted & Talented programmes. His work centres on creating high-challenge pathways that identify, stretch and celebrate student potential through purposeful and academically ambitious provision.

Iram Myford is a strategic education leader and CEO of ILM Education Consultants, with extensive experience in leadership development, school improvement and educational strategy across the Middle East and the UK. Her work helps shape the credibility, direction and long-term vision of the competition.

Cynthia Bolton is a global leader in gifted education with over 25 years of experience. She previously served as Head of Gifted Support at Qatar Foundation and brings substantial expertise in advanced learner provision, talent development and the design of academically challenging programmes for high-potential students.

Derek Laidlaw is an experienced international school leader with a strong track record in leading high-performing British curriculum schools. He has served as Executive Principal of Oryx International School in Doha and previously led King’s College, The British School of Alicante, achieving an Outstanding rating across all categories. He has also held senior leadership roles at Doha College, bringing extensive experience in whole-school improvement, international education and building world-class learning environments.

Dr Rashida Sharif is a former Her Majesty’s Inspector with over 40 years in education, specialising in inclusion. She has held senior leadership roles, advised schools globally and served as a non-executive director across health and education sectors.

Global Inclusion and Neurodiversity Specialist

Dr Martin Bloomfield is a globally recognised expert in neurodiversity, inclusion and applied ethics, with over two decades of experience in education, consultancy and policy advisory. He has advised governments, contributed to international initiatives including UNESCO and the United Nations, and is a leading voice in dyslexia awareness and inclusive education. He is Director of Beyond Inclusion, a trustee of the Accessible Learning Foundation, and a lecturer in digital ethics and intercultural education across European universities.
